Integrated Health Care Clinic Important Resources Principles

Start Reading Here is an introduction to the principles that we work with in daily practice. The following concepts provide the reader with the root principles that shape the behavior of our practice. We are not our be-liefs, thankfully. We throw away the ones that do not serve us and adopt new ones. This is what the new genera-tion of health care practitioners have been doing for 2 decades. You might say it has been a bit of a revolution. I won’t go into what we threw away. What’s seems important is that you get where we are after 30 years of embracing the pursuit of the manifestation of optimal health in those we help and support.

First of all, Deb and I love what we do. It has deepened our understanding of life in a multitude of ways. We have worked with all ages, whole families through several generations. The process has humbled us and filled us with joy. We provide our services to some very wonderful people.

What is to follow are the principles that form the present way we see it:

  • There are laws, truths in nature that if embodied reduce human suffering greatly.
  • There is an innate intelligence that from two cells created the full expression of the human being. This in-telligence allowed to fully express produces wholeness in mind, body and spirit.
  • Spirit that creates us is infinite—in us and all around us—the One Spirit. The full actualization of Spirit in the human being in eminent.
  • There is a core rhythm observed by ancient healers to be fundamental to life for the human and is said to orchestrate all other cycles in the being rooted in and governed by the Great Cosmic Rhythm. The cosmic rhythm is inherent in human growth and development and in every aspect of its regulation. Understanding what blocks, inhibits, or gets in the way of this intelligent expression has been our life long professional study and application in the healing arts.
We are trained to sense this movement./rhythm. We have developed the skill set to encourage movement In areas that are inhibited. As practitioners we have become seated in the great work of the natural heal-ing arts – to remove interference so the body can heal itself. Read about The Cosmology of Health.
  • The full expression of health is accessed when the four members of the being— physical, etheric, soul & spirit work in harmony. Read about The Four Members of the Being.
  • Most diseases are caused by stress of one type or another. Excess stress is the pathway to disease. The stress can come from many sources, such as toxicity, trauma, pathogens, mental factors, perverse energy, allergies, heredity, habits, deficiency syndrome, etc. As the stress continues, the disease progresses. A lack of symptoms is not a sign of good health. A person can have life threatening disease and be symptom-free. Read about The Health Continuum.
  • All systems in the human are interconnected and those systems are affected by the earth environment and the 4 members of the being. Treating one system independently (specialization) may not offer full restora-tion. Read About Functional Medicine.
